As the introduction of Windows 7 Mobile in the last year in fewer (16) countries created some fake marketplaces around the Globe to download some limited applications.

So Microsoft made a wide hunt and got 19 more countries as their marketplaces. Now people from this list of countries can also download apps for their Windows mobile.
